If I could give Ava 10-stars I would! Between managing a new job and starting an apartment search in another state, I was destined to wind up in a place I'd regret. That was until I was connected with Ava who couldn't have been more helpful.
Every place we toured was right in-line with what I was looking for in terms of location, amenities, etc. and most importantly budget. Ava even toured on my behalf when I wasn't able to make the final day of tours with a flight change.

Grace was an excellent broker! She quickly understood what I was looking for and ended up showing me units that I did not come across on StreetEasy. Due to her relationships with many of the top buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn she quickly got me in for showings, which accelerated the process and was able to lease the perfect unit which was off market. At time of signing Grace did not push and was always open to continue showing me more units, giving me comfort that I had found the best unit for me! Couldn’t recommend her more.

Ash was a priceless Oasis in the stressful chaotic hostile lonely desert of the nyc real estate market. Moving from Northern California I had no idea what I was competing with but Ash remained calm, cool and collected and charismatic as she confidently got me the win for the only place I saw that I loved and had to have. She told me early on that she wins for her clients and it was true. You could use someone else for your real estate, but you’ll probably find yourself living under a damp dark bridge crying that you had the wrong agent and ended up hating where you live and feeling bad about your self esteem or you can use Ash and go to bed smiling peacefully and satisfied that you conquered the toughest game and city in the world.
